  • Direct correspondence you send by email, phone or WhatsApp.
  • Basic technical data if analytics is enabled after you consent (page visited, approximate region, device type). We do not sell personal data.

How we use information

We use your details only to respond to enquiries, manage partnerships or volunteering, and improve our website. We do not use your information for third-party marketing.

Sharing

Form submissions are delivered to WORD via FormSubmit, a form delivery service. Messages may be stored in WORD's email systems. We share information only when required by law or when needed to respond to your request with a trusted partner, and only to the extent necessary.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept only as long as needed to complete the conversation and meet basic accountability requirements, then deleted or archived securely.
